Marshmellow fudge cake

otherwise known as elephant poos
4oz butter
1 tbsp sugar
half tin condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa
melt together in saucepan

Pour over half packet crushed wine biscuits
Mix well then add one packet marshmellows, halved.

On a long piece of greaseproof paper, spread lots of coconut, then drop half the mixture on and roll into a long log. Put into the freezer. Cut up into slices.
I usually make a double recipe which makes four logs, and uses up the condensed milk and biscuits and still gets eaten very fast.
This is great as a standby if you need to take a plate to something.
