Carrot Cake

This cake has to have the filling in the middle to make it really delicious
1.5 cups peanut oil
2 cups raw sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whle four
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 cups grated carrot
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp baking soda

Mix together the oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time and vanilla, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Mix well
Add carrots and walnut and baking soda
Put in tin about 9 inch square at 180C for 1 hour

Let cool and cut through in half and fill with
250g cream cheese
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
