185g butter
¾ cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cup chopped feijoas
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ Self raising flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup cocoa
½ tsp nutmeg
½ cup sour cream
Heat oven to 180°C.
Combine feijoas, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Stir sour cream into feijoa mixture and combine well.
Sift dry ingredients into creamed butter/sugar/eggs and add feijoa mix.
Transfer batter into prepared tin (can use a ring tin) and smooth top evenly.
Bake 40 – 45 mins at 200° or until skewer comes out clean.
Sit for 5 mins before turning out.
