Mrs Masseys lemon syrup

4 lemons - juice
grated rind of 3

2tsp tartaric acid
2tsp citric acid
1200 mls boiling water

Put in basin and stir til dissolved.
Then add half tbsp Epsom Salts and 4 cups sugar
Stir well, strain and bottle,
Dilute about 1:8 water.
