1 cup brown rice - cooked
1 cup red kidney beans (or a can)
1/2 cup saltanas
1/2 cup currants
3/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup parsley/celery/green pepper
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup wine or cider vinegar
1/2 cup raisins
boil for 5 mins and add to other ingredients
