Make this in the same glass container that you are going to cook it in - a microwave safe one. I use a 2 litre pyrex jug.
60g butter
1 and half cups self raising flour
1 cup castor sugar
i/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
Sauce: 1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups boiling water
Melt butter in a dish in the microwave for 1 minute. Add sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth with a wooden spoon.
Mix brown sugar and extra cocoa together and sprinkle over mixture.
Carefully pour on the 2 cups of boiling water.
microwawe for 12 minutes,let stand for 5 and enjoy.
