Carrot Salad

1 kg carrots
Slice in rings
Cook til tender not soft
1 onion - sliced in rings
1 green pepper

Dressing:
1 can conc tomato soup
1 cup sugar
Half cup oil
Half cup vinegar
salt and pepper

Heat dressing ingredients until boiling, pour over the carrots, onion rings and pepper.
